In 1975 several local families and churches banded together to fill the need for a Christian school in Arlington.
Years later, the school broke in two: Arlington Christian School remained at our current site and Master's Touch (which later became Highland Christian) moved to a separate campus.
Then in 2014 after dwindling enrollment on one side and a loss of facilities on the other, God worked the miracle of rebirth in our school family. We spent a year as Arlington Highland Christian School, but now with the bylaws merged and books settled we are returning to our roots by coming together as ARLINGTON CHRISTIAN SCHOOL.
We see this as a picture of God's work of reconciliation that begins with being made right with Him through the blood of Jesus. From this foundation we are able to share the word of reconciliation to the world:
All this is from God, who through Christ reconciled us to himself and gave us the ministry of reconciliation; that is, in Christ God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and entrusting to us the message of reconciliation.
